Executive health

A Discreet Vascular Screening Experience for Defined Groups

AAI can coordinate mobile carotid ultrasound screening for eligible executive-health programs, corporate wellness programs, private organizations, conferences, and health fairs across Texas, throughout the United States, and abroad by coordination.

Program design

Private, organized, and built around responsible follow-up

Defined appointment windows

A schedule designed to reduce waiting and protect the participant experience.

Appropriate privacy

A private exam space and a workflow that avoids collecting sensitive health information through public channels.

Physician review

A clear plan for each participant to discuss findings with an appropriate clinician.

Important boundary

Wellness programming does not replace medical care

Screening results should not be delivered as stand-alone diagnoses or treatment recommendations. The program should identify how participants will receive reports, whom they can contact with questions, and when diagnostic follow-up may be appropriate.

AAI does not use the website form to collect medical histories, symptoms, or protected health information.

Collaboration

A mobile program that can travel with your organization

AAI welcomes collaborative efforts with executive and corporate programs, event organizers, prevention leaders, functional medicine practices, and concierge practices anywhere in the United States.

Programs are scoped around the site, audience, schedule, privacy needs, travel logistics, and physician-review pathway. International opportunities are considered when applicable requirements can be coordinated.

Health fairs

Explore a structured screening experience for an eligible employee, member, or community health fair.

Conferences

Discuss a mobile screening or educational collaboration within an eligible professional event.

Executive + corporate programs

Coordinate private appointment windows for a leadership, employee, or corporate wellness audience.

Frequently asked

Straight answers to common questions.

Can AAI come to a company office?

Potentially, when the site has an appropriate private room and the program has a defined physician-review pathway. Availability is confirmed case by case.

Will participants receive diagnoses?

No. A screening report provides imaging information for clinical review; diagnosis and treatment remain with the participant's clinician.

Private inquiry
